Rock5B 4K camera cable

The 4K Camera cable that is included in the box is really short
Does anyone know what the cable is called? or where I can get a longer one?
@Jack Is Radxa planning on selling longer 4K Camera cables?

The FPC cable is a normal 31P 0.3 pitch FPC cable, it’s quite common. Usually the MIPI cable length should be less than 15cm. How long do you need?

30 to 45 cm would be ideal so I can mount the camera to a small tripod. Those cables might be common in Shenzhen but they are not available anywhere in my small town in Canada, and Neither AllnetChina or Ameridroid sell “31P 0.3 pitch FPC” cables. Can you recommend a website where I can buy 2 cables?

Exists any solution (convertor) for longer cable 3-4 meters?

Mipi is just not made for this, it is made for internal connections. You may be able to design an adapter to something more suitable, but most people don’t really need that.
And all adapters to hdmi I know of are only 2 lanes and don’t need the high data rates.
You’re much better suited with moving the board to the location.

Only Alternative I know is to pay someone to design you something with thick shielding and most likely even amplifiers.
