ROCK5A problem on 128Go EMMC don't boot

I have ROCK5A,
am using 64Go EMMC and working fine
when trying to use my 128Go it don’t boot anymore, I tryed many solutions but the 128Go don’t boot, all adat in the 128Go are fine and I can see it in file explorer but the module is don’t boot.
whats problem please ?
