Does the ROCK Pi Dual/Quad SATA HAT work with Rock Pi X?

Version 1.4 or later can support SATA HAT.

Why do you say “can”? The Rock Pi X has only one Usb 3. Does this limit the amount of HDDs attached to the hat?

Structurally they match. Of course, USB 2.0 will be slow.
