Rock Pi S0 - how to get Ethernet Status LEDs

Hello!

I would like to use the Ethernet Port of the Rock Pi S0, is there a possibility to get status Leds, like Link / Traffic, maybe via GPIO Pins, or are they not connected to the RK3308 / PHY?

Those leds are controlled through the PHY.
