ROCK PI S Temperature

Hey, I want to know the operating temperature of Rock PI S.
I am currently reading temperature from Rock PI S via this command: cat /sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone0/temp; it’s continuously in between 55000 and 60000.
I want to confirm one thing: whether this temperature is the junction temperature of the CPU or the Rock PI S temperature.
I thought this was the junction temperature of the CPU, and it can work reliably till 80 degrees Celsius, right?
