Rock Pi 4c+ usb3.0 lose device randemly

rockpi 4c+ connect JMicron Technology Corp. / JMicron USA Technology Corp. JMS551 - Sharkoon SATA QuickPort Duo by usb 3.0 port will lose connection randomly.
but usb2.0 port works well.
This problem happens on orangepi 4 lts too.

Do you have at least two other Linux hosts where the thing works flawlessly with SuperSpeed?

It works well on usb 2.0 ports, but usb 3.0 will lose connection soner or later.

USB3-A is most probably the most crappy connector ever built. Hi-speed (USB2) data lines have a huge contact area while SuperSpeed’s contact area is ultra tiny so even slightly bending the cable will result in issues and if it happens often data corruption for sure:

If you have a thing that fails on two hosts then why don’t you think the thing is at fault and instead look into logs (that’s software/settings) and not the cable?

I change another USB hub, and it works well now.
