Rock PI 4C Plus Raspberry pi 4 image?

Hey guys i have a 4C plus and need to install android TV latest OS(12 or 13)
But the images only have 11…Tablet

Can i install the raspberry pi 4 Android Image? Was looking at the specs and seem very similar…
