Generally for overclocking I have followed https://wiki.radxa.com/Rockpi4/CPU_overclocking but this uses /boot/hw_intfc.conf TwisterOS https://twisteros.com/twisterarmbian.html is a great distro with Panfrost and Mesa but does not have the /boot/hw_intfc.conf file.
Should I be able just create the file?
