Hi guys, today I’ve received my first Rock Pi board.
When running Debian - icon for internet is not showing up - only BT.
After command ip a I get NO CARRIER for both eth0 and wlan0.
Also, is it normal that ifconfig is not installed on this system?

They were all downloaded from https://wiki.radxa.com/Rockpi4/downloads - github page.
I also have tested Armbian which was working fine (both Ethernet and WiFi is working)

Is my board damaged ? 
Or I just need to enter some magic commands? 
Board: ROCK Pi 4 B+ B2E16 RS114-173220505550; running from SD card.
