Rock PI 4 spontaneous reboot

Hi, everyone!

I own a Rock Pi 4B+ with Ubuntu Focal Server 4.4.154-113 image installed. This morning the system spontaneously rebooted. I checked journalcontrol with following output:

I try to somehow find the reason for the reboot. Are there any more logs that I could check?
CPU temperature looks normal (33 Degrees Celsius). CPU Usage is under normal conditions 96% idle.

There is no HDMI Monitor connected; the Rock PI is used at a remote location. The only task it does is running a self-written interface software for xkeys keyboards. There is no GUI installed, only Ubuntu Focal Server (Command Line only).

As power supply I use an original Raspberry 4 USB-C Power supply, 5.1V 3.0A.

Any hints are appreciated!
Regards
Kai
