Worth trying:

My rock Pi 4 is also freezing after several days. Have you found a solution yet?

Happening to me too, twice today. Becoming annoying. RockPi 4SE running Armbian 23.02.2 Bullseye with Linux 5.15.93-rockchip64. Latest updates applied.

Same here. Debian Bullseye on RockPi 4 C+. Happens when starting up from shutdown or a restart. The HD indicator light remains solid lit, and it will never boot up again. Tried 2 different memory cards. Stable run lasts 1-3 days.

In my case OS(Ubuntu) freeses after kernel panic which was coused by wireless modul.
I solved this issue by blacklisting the kernel module that controls the wifi.
Just add following line
blacklist bcmdhd
to the file
/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
using sudo
