Rock Pi 3A and PoE Hat

I recently got a Rock Pi 3A with its compatible PoE hat but it seems that there are some misaligned pins, an email already sent to support but I was wondering if any else has faced this issue before?

The PoE HAT is for ROCK Pi 4B, not for 3A. For 3A, you should use the PoE HAT F3 model, check:
