Rock 5c (Radxa OS) with Penta Sata hat broken after OS update

Hi all,

I have a problem with my Rock 5c.
I install Radxa OS on eMMC via USB eMMC reader.
Upon starting OS I can see the drives on Penta Sata hat (lsblk command), but…
after I update OS via rsetup or apt update the kernel get recompiled (I guess) and after reboot the drives are no longer visible (and no blue diodes next to disks)

Does anbybody know if there is fix for that, and what steps I should take?

You can edit the file /boot/extlinux/extlinux.conf the default item as l1 to temporarily change the version of the kernel that is booted, I’ll look into this later!
