Rock 5b SPI cfg

I’m trying to install the boot to SPI, I’m following this tuto

It suppose that I need to download the RKDevTool with the “rock-5b-pinor.cfg” at

https://dl.radxa.co/tools/windows/windows_RKDevTool_Release_v2.92.zip

but it do not include this.

Somebody can share this file please?

I couldnt see it either, just change the settings to what you can see on the tutorial screenshots, thats all it is.
