Rock 5B, no video output

it all started yesterday, when i had this error:
Today i checked the board with the RKDevTool. The run the test and it get the message Test Decive Succesfull.

at this moment i dont even get the video signal i had yesterday

I did follow this guide meaning step 4) Write u-boot images to SPI NOR flash or erase SPI NOR flash and Additional: erase the SPI NOR flash. Everything worked as exptected and i did get the same output as the example.

Now the Rock5 doesn’t even have a video output with an error.
