I’m having some issues with the HDMI RX on the Rock 5B. I want to record HDMI input at 4K60, but GStreamer can’t reach 60 fps. When I use FFmpeg at 60 fps, it intermittently drops frames, and there’s also a visual bug where small white flickering lines appear on the screen. How can this be fixed?
