ROCK 5B enable SPI1 and SPI0

on my rpi3b I can enable spi1 by adding

dtoverlay=spi1-3cs to /boot/firmware/usercfg.txt

how can i do the same on rock 5b while running ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS (focal) on kernel 5.10.110-37-rockchip-g74457be0716d?

you can use rsetup to enable overlay.
