I installed Armbian 23.11.1 with xfce desktop and kernel 5.10.110 on my Rock5b (8GB RAM).
I can set the CPU frequency using Armbian config - but this is not applied after shutting down and restarting.
The settings can be found under etc//default/cpufrequtilis.
The existing entries are displayed to me using the mousepad, but ENABLE is set to =false…
With nano I can open the file (logged in as root) - but it is completely empty…
How can I change the cpu frequency?
