I never tried using Ethernet cable before as since the Wi-Fi able to connect.

you can install b39 header and b39 image deb first, then let’s see if this can fix the bug you’re experiencing.

please open the terminal, then install the kernel packages by the cmd “sudo dpkg -i linux*.deb”
