just bought a okdo ROCK 4C+ but i tried to install Debian 11 on it but it failes to boot! has anyone encountered this befor? is there other OS’s i can install besides Debian 11?

There are better options but none is completely without problems. Check https://www.armbian.com/ -> https://www.armbian.com/rockpi4/ (read small print to select correct image for C+ model) and make sure to make a donation. If everyone would do that, it would perhaps be possible to start fixing bugs.
