Hi, my rock 4c+ wouldn’t boot and would only blink the green power light every 30 seconds or so then it started shocking me if I touched any metal part and then it stopped showing the power light and had no response whatsoever. It has now began to show the blinking green light again. Any ideas on what the problem is?

faulty or to small power supply?
for all such issues - disconnect everything except heatsink and power, try different ac, cable and freshly burned image,
I just found out that my UART adapter cause some instability on ROCK 4B+, everything works, but sooner or later causes kernel panic. Also board will not start on pd adapters with this UART connected. Small basic thing that mostly works, and such problems
