Rock 4 SE OTG Switch Direction

The OTG switch on my Rock 4 does not have any label to inform me of a H(igh) or L(ow) position. Using the below diagram can somebody tell me which way is which?

On the left is L (Low), and the other one is H (High)， as the picture below.
