I just got the Rock 3a v1.31 and it doesn’t have the maskrom jumper. the board also didn’t come with a jumper at all. I tried following guide to short the middle pin and the pin closest to edge of board but that doesn’t seem to get it to boot. Nothing I have done seems to work. It has a green steady light when plugged in. I have tried a 15W QC 3.0 charger and a 65W USB PD3.0 charger, neither do anything different.
I’m guessing something has changed with this revision, could someone enlighten me on how to get this booted? Thanks
