I was able to start the device in maskrom-mode and to erase everything:
It is strange that the RKDevTool can only access the device if I downloaded the spi-loader file to the device first -> erasing everything is working afterwards.

I then shortened pin 1 and 2 of the recovery header and restarted the device -> exactly the same output on the serial log.
Note: I was not able to disable the MASKROM-mode -> device is permanently in MASKROM-mode. Could that be an explanation for the boot failure? Any idea how to disable MASKROM-mode?
