Rock 3A no DTO for CPU fan control

Just a quick question.
I noticed that in the newest OS release there’s no overlay for enabling the CPU fan control.

The RK3568 on my board gets really, really toasty.
Not sure if it’s normal, but I still wanted to use a fan and a heatsink on it.

Is this an overlook or is the feature dropped?

There was pwm fan control in the old OS release, but it is gone in the new release.
