Rock 3a does not want to power up via USB-C

Hello, I successfully run this board via dummy USB-C power cable for while. Cannot remember input voltage but it was somewhere between 12-20V.
Everything was fine till one day when I decided to power it off, replace system on microSD card and put it back on task.
Problem was it did want to not start working again. I tried QC power adapters as-well and nothing. I noticed there is small current coming in about 0.01A when it was on 5V.

Last option what could I try was feed it via I/O header and it worked. It has been working since for 1 week nonstop so far without reboot on 100% cpu load. When I plug USB-C network adapter to that power input LEDs goes up. O/S does not detect it but power goes in reverse direction.
It is board revision 1.31 with Debian bullseye Armbian and Uboot 2017.09

Any ideas howto restore original powering option even with little soldering needed?
