Rk3588 overclocked to 3.45Ghz with LN2

I really liked what SkatterBencher has accomplished with RK3588. There are a lot of good documentation how the overall frequency and votlages can be tuned in rk3588 soc in the below resources.

He has even gone up to 3.45 ghz with LN2 cooling.

Mandatory note: overclocking can be dangerous and you may actually harm your device.

specificly below pvtpll characterics is very interesting.

The fun part would be if someone found the sweet spot in the middle and set it as the default for future image compilations since not everyone understands all those ppppvttttll terms and the other shenanigans with endless configs and tweaks.
Just send a PR to Armbian with it already fully unlocked and overclocked (at its safest point) and let it rock.

Indeed, would have to agree with DarkevilPT here, quite a lot of overlays to have to change on RK3588 CM5 for example to just get an overclock working, including all of the PMICs etc. Could easily become a broken piece of hardware with one wrong value.

Also, the RK3588 dts is very different to the one used in this guide, so I’d see someone breaking something soon enough
