RK3568 based SoM

Very keen to get any provisional information about an RK3568 based SoM, which presumably the CM3 and CM3+ will be based upon.

CM3+ is RK3568 based, CM3 is RK3566 based.

Thanks Tom, that makes perfect sense given IO and price difference between them.

Very excited for future news around CM3+.
