Red on-board led (part of the RGB led)

I would like to use the red led, but can’t find any info on it. The only bit I found was in the schematic, where it shows to be NC? Does it require soldering a bridge?

Here is the relevant schematic. Blue led (GPIO0-B7 works just fine).

Generally speaking, if NC appears in our schematic it means no SMT placement. This is also true after my physical inspection
