Raspberry Pi POE Hat on Rock Pi 4?

The Rock Pi official POE hats seem to be out of stock everywhere, so I had some questions:

  • Hardware: Is it possible to use Raspberry Pi POE hats? I see the GPIO pin differences between the F3 (rPi) and F4 models, are those show-stoppers or just complicated to overcome?

  • Software: If those are solved, how hard is it going to be to get the thing running in software?
