Radxa Zero3 NPU SD image

With the right overlays installed, the NPU of the RK3566 can be deployed. Thanks to the hard work of Joshua Riek (@Spooky), the Zero3 comes with Ubuntu 22.04 and NPU acceleration. The CPU runs at 1.8 GHz, so cooling is highly advisable. The SD image also has OpenCV 4.9.0 installed, along with the NPU model zoo.
One showstopper: the NPU requires at least 2 GB RAM.

Thanks for the good work and sharing of the image. We will add it to the third party image on the documents.
