Radxa Zero uart could not connect

Hi, i have radxa zero and i want to use uart port to connect with 3D printer, i have followed the process to enable UART . I enabled “overlays=meson-g12a-uart-ao-a-on-gpioao-0-gpioao-1”,
deleted “console=ttyAML0,115200” in /boot/Env.txt.
and connected the 3D printer to Pin#8 and Pin#10,
but my Radxa Zero won’t boot.

Other UART options are OK such as meson-g12a-uart-ao-b-on-gpioao-2-gpioao-3, meson-g12a-uart-ao-b-on-gpioao-8-gpioao-9 and connected the printer to pin# 7 &11 and pin # 35,37 respectively , however still radxa couldn’t communicate to 3d printer,
Please advise how i can make it working, note that my 3d printer is working fine with raspberry pi using URAT but not with radxa, I tried with with gpioao-3,2 and gpioao-8-9
