Radxa Zero 3W - USB 3.0 issue

Hello,

I’m having issue with the USB 3 port where my Gigabit USB Ethernet only get USB 2 speed, 480M.

I’ve tried flip the port and for some times it getting 5000M speed but after 10-20 minutes, the connection lost and didn’t appear in my LAN network. Then if I flip back the port its working fine with 480M speed.

I cant upload the log as I’m new here, so below is the dmesg | grep -i usb

dmesg | grep -i usb

I’m using Armbian v24.8.4 6.1.75-vendor-rk35xx https://dl.armbian.com/radxa-zero3/Bookworm_vendor_minimal with 20W UGreen adapter

*There was a post in Armbian forum but no reply from them, hopefully I get some help here

I have followed this issue, and try to reproduce it.

You can also try the officially released debian image:
https://github.com/radxa-build/radxa-zero3/releases/download/b6/radxa-zero3_debian_bullseye_xfce_b6.img.xz

Thank you for the suggestion but I don’t have display for the board, just ssh and I saw Radxa cli image has boot issue. If you want additional log let me know, I can provide it.
