Radxa zero 2- which button is for force boot loader and which is for power?

I have the Radxa Zero 2 Pro with 16gb eMMC. I am trying to install linux to the eMMC from my windows PC. The erase guide online says to hold the boot button and plug the usb-c into my PC to start the bootloader and use RZ USB Helper Tool to load a bin file. But I cannot tell if my zero2 is in the correct boot mode. I have used the Zadig driver tool to install the libusb-win32 driver, and if I just plug it in normally to the power usb port closest to the edge of the board, I can see the GX-CHIP in the Windows Device manager. It doesn’t seem to matter which button I hold. The zero2 has a constant red light, and when i hit Run the RZ Helper Tool, it shows successful, but there is no activity on the zero2
