Radxa X4, No Post, No display, Red Led Blinking

Just tried powering on a Radxa X4 for the first time and I get no display out it just blinks the red LED.

I tried powering it from the Radxa 25W POE hat initially then I tried removing the POE hat entirely and powered using a Raspberry pi 27W USBC cable with the same results.

I also tested the POE hat output and confirmed that it was at 12V.

When power is connected the fan on the POE hat and the fan on the heatsink spins briefly but then stops.

I couldn’t find any information on what a red blinking LED means online.

Is the board dead or is there something I can do?

Yeah I got into contact with Radxa on their discord and they said it was DOA and they were out of stock so I could not get a replacement. Ended up just getting a refund.

mine booted , my hdmi cable doesn’t work with this boards idk why, but does with others. I tried with another hdmi cable, it booted.
