Radxa X4 N100 video damage

Hi there, I have a Radxa X4 with N100 processor 8G RAM and need to run a video player on it. So I made simple HTML/Javasacript page which runs in Chromium as localhost. It is really simple vanilla js. There is simple video element which plays the video. But the video is lightly damaged. I see vertical line in the middle of the screen.

The whole system runs Apache, PHP8, Python3, Chromium, VPN. All this stuff runs some simple tasks at the background but the primary purpose is to run videos.

I also tried to run the videos in pure VLC player and it has the same problem.

Can somebody tell me where could be the problem??? Lastly I tried to set up Chromium frequency to the lowest possible to 50Hz all basic codecs VP8 VP9, H.264, H.265…

Thanks for any help.

The video work on other PC without issue?
It may be related to the display driver. What is your operating system version?

Yes video is ok if I play it on PC.
The OS is Ubuntu 24
The weird is that result for top command seems to be really fine…

The problem appears when display is rotated from landscape to portrait via xrandr. Now I experiment with css transform: rotate() property instead of system xrandr. Its much better.
