RADXA X4 Display not working

Hello,

I just got a new RADXA X4 and the display is not working at all.

  1. Redlight is on when plugged into power and is solid the entire time
  2. I know HDMI cable/monitor works since it works with my RASPBERRY PI on the same setup.
  3. I tried both HDMI ports on the device and nothing seems to work screen is still black and nothing happens when powered on

Any thing i am missing or need to try? I have tried power cycling many times and nothing seems to work.
Not sure if this matters or not but i am trying to boot debian 12.7 using ventoy

Hello

What power supply did you use?
Radxa X4 recommends using a power adapter that supports the USB Type-C PD protocol (supports 12V and the current >= 2.5A under 12V), but it does not support the Qualcomm QC protocol.

BTW, the KB LED is lighting on?

Hello,

I changed the Power supply to one that supports 12V and the display booted right up. Thanks for the help!
