i just got a m key m.2 -> pci-e x16 adapter and a PCIe bifurcation card with 2 x m key m.2 slots and a extra pci-e slot, id like to add a GPU if i can to the extra pci-e
but its not detecting the nvme drive, has any 1 got this sort of setup to work on the Radxa X2L?
is there bios settings i could check ?
the nvme is working by its self and loads windows fine
X2L BIOS not support PCIe bifurcation function
I’m interested in this too… Given that the M key M.2 slot has 4 PCIe lanes, what would take for the BIOS to support a x2x2 bifurcation? Maybe some bios-mod could do it?
thanks for the reply, i knew it was a bit of a long shot for the X2L, the GPU is a nice to have, i cant wait to see the next version of this product
We have no plans to develop this feature for now.
but if someone familiar with the x86 BIOS architecture, maybe can MOD BIOS
Please note that modifying the BIOS by yourself will void the warranty.
