Radxa no boot from SD

Hi,
I can no boot Linux from uSD card. Radxa does not recognize the uSD.
I have read in this forum that I have to erase eMMC, however my PC never detects the Radxa Zero. I have follow the instructions but nothing works. I press the button, power the the board and nothings happen in my PC, so I can not use Zadig.

I was thinking in using this board as an alternative to RPIZero in our product. I believe that We have to discard this board.

Help please!

Can you attach a serial cable and provide the output?
