Yes, the radxa-cm5-rpi-cm4-io image is compatible with raspberry pi cm4 io board as well as the waveshare boards

我实际测试发现USB和SD卡可以正常识别到，但是HDMI并没有输出 ，使用的镜像是
radxa-cm5-rpi-cm4-io_bookworm_kde_b3.output.img
我是那一步出问题了吗

The hardware silk screen says CM5 V2.21

Found the problem,
153PIN, network HDMI_TX0_HPD_M0, the core board has a pull-down resistor, and some HDMI screens cannot pull up because the resistor is too large, causing the HDMI_TX0_HPD_M0 voltage to be too low, and the core or screen cannot recognize it.

This is a Raspberry Pi CM5, not a Radxa CM5.

Its for the raspberry pi 5 but works with the radxa cm5.

This helped. My cheap 10" display got no output, but plugged into my 27" Dell monitor then walla!
