Publish HDMI-input to RTMP

Hey, I’m looking for a simple command that will take the content from the HDMI-input (even if there isn’t anything plugged in to it) and package it to publish as either rtmp or srt to an endpoint URL.

I have looked at ffmpeg gstreamer v4l-utils but I have not struck gold yet.

Can anyone contribute anything of wisdom I’m desperate to test this in my setup it will make such a big difference.

You find information here, you need hw encoder enabled and working.
