The CD8180/CP8180 processors look very productive, but Mini-ITX is quite bulky. Are there any products planned for these processors in a different form factor (like the Rock 5b, for example) with the same memory capacities?

RPI size will be difficult to archive since this CPU are mandatory to active cooling and have high power requirements.
RPI size is not needed, it is a good size, like two (Size 150x100 mm) ROCK 5B boards
I like how different people have different needs.
You prefer small boards, I would love to see more mini-ITX ones.
For me mini-ITX has bonuses:
- all ports on one side
- power/reset/etc buttons connected to headers
- optional usb ports on headers
- many cases to choose from (I have at least 3 different ones in storage)
- expansion slot always in same place (PCI/PCIe one)

I fully agree. I appreciate the mini-itx standard and being able to deploy easily in a rack or as a desktop. Iām glad there are options for teenie tiny boxes for special uses but some standardization is really nice.
