PoE not working on RockPI 4A

Hello together,
i had 5 items from RockPI 4A and the first 3 doesn’t work with the Module PoE and I can’t find any issue, errors, etc.

Can everybody help me?
It is very urgent, because I need the RockPI 4A for working and I can’t installed an external PowerSupply.

I thought Rock Pi 4A doesn’t support PoE. Check the table by this link.

Sorry, I had no RockPI 4A at the moment in USE. There are all minimum 4B or above…
