Please help to Install GStreamer on radax zero Ubuntu

Dear developers,
honest greetings and respect

I spent many hours trying to run the GS Streamer program but I failed to run the program with a webcam
I use a image
Armbian_22.05.3_Radxa-zero_jammy_current_5.10.123_xfce_desktop.img

Note that the camera works well with other programs such as cheese
Please help and thanks in advance

the problem is i cant instal the ```
v4l2src
i cant install libcamera

Why you need libcamera for webcam?
