Have Rock Pi 4a 4gb, Pentat sata Hat, running Armbian 20.04 with GUI.
4 8TB Exos Drives, Getting 350MB on Read Performance, only 8MB on Write Performance
I had 2 different drives before, swapped all to Exos drives for performance and Read performance has gone up. Write Performance has Plummeted. What do I check to fix?
Did you just make your partitions with EXT4?
Is there some raid rebuild going on in the back?

Yup. Used ext4. No. No rebuild happening.
