My fan requirement is 180mA while the transistors I have has a maximum collector current rating of 100mA, thus, I resorted to using a parallel arrangement as shown.
I have done some calculations & my base resistance is ~1.4kOhm (here I am using 1kOhm). Please review
Secondly in this simple fan control is ballast resistance at each emitter’s end is useful or not?
