Panic in EL3 during Tina OS boot

I tried to burn and boot into the unofficial but publicly listed Tina OS image on my Cubie A5E. I burnt the image onto 8 GB SD card with PhoenixCard with selected “product” option.

During the boot itself it always gets stuck. After some troubleshooting I atteched my serial to USB converter to see the log. Copy of the log is:

It says that there is some “panic in EL3”, but since I didn’t built this image I don’t know what to do with it. Do you have any suggestions what migh be causing this error?

BTW if I burn the image with selected “start up” mode in phoenix card, no log is even outputed (but that’s probably unrelated thing).

After some troubleshooting (wrong SD card format - phoenix cards kept crushing) I made flashing using “start up” mode work, but the output log is still the same, still panic in EL3. Used Tina OS as a flashing image.

I also tried flashing provided Android 13 image but the output log is still tha same both in “product” and in “start up” modes - still panic in El3. Because this error is showing in both cases (android an Tina OS) I suspect that the issue is not with the actual image. (Or both images are broken).

For flashing the images I tried several versions of Phoenix card and every version gives the same output at the end (some versions are more sensitive to SD card format). Or is the problem in my flashing software or method?

The other option is that the provided images are built for older revision of Cubie A5E, so on the different board revision that I have those images wont work. Is that a possible scenario?
