Ouput Analog audio via GPIO pints?

Just wonder is it possible to ouput Analog audio via GPIO pints?

I doubt that this will work without some sort of DAC module. All I know is that gpio are either 3.3 or 5v, you wont be able to sample analog signal with that.
But let’s see what others think.
