It’s possible that it’s a bad solder joint under a RAM chip. When you look at the reporter’s screenshots above, you see that bits 12 and 13 appear to be bad, and it’s always them. It doesn’t appear in your tests, possibly due to board transport and manipulation. It might come back after a bit of shaking or heating. I think you should just label this board “suspicious” and keep it for testing purposes only.
