Orion O6 arch kernel source PKGBUILD & prebuilt image & headers

I successfully installed armtix linux with pretty much everything working on my Orion O6 so i thought i should share the PKGBUILD i created and pre-built package image and headers for anyone that also would like to install arch.

The PKGBUILD and pre-configured kernel configuration can be found here:

Prebuilt image and headers package:

Not sure if the pkgbuild will work cause the source is missing.

You need to download the kernel source from. https://gitlab.com/cix-linux/cix_opensource/linux
then rename the kernels directory to linux-cix.

You can put that in the pkgbuild itself so user do not have to manually do anything. Just clone pkgbuild repo and start compiling.

Disclaimer : I am not a linux expert, I usually do not build my own kernel or so.

That being said: I am currently running Ubuntu 25.04 with mainline kernel on my o6.
I only use CPU and a dGPU (rtx 3070Ti) atm.
Will I destroy everything if i e.g clone the cix kernel repository, try to build it locally and deploy it ?
I am pretty sure my question is rherotircal but still, needed to ask x)

Most likely not, if you choose a right BIOS (like 9.9.0 or complied from cix repo)
